We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities
>/ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary full-stack development team to design, develop, and deliver scalable web and native-cloud solutions.
>/ Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side and client-side components using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Kafka, TypeScript, and Linux.
>/ Build and enhance robust APIs to ensure seamless integration and communication between different system components.
>/ Take ownership of technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
>/ Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
>/ Maintain a high standard of code quality through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
>/ Stay updated with technology trends and bring fresh ideas to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
>/ A Software Developer with 4+ years of experience in React & Node.js.
>/ Proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, multithreading, and memory management, experience building scalable backend systems using frameworks like Spring or Spring Boot is preferred.
>/ Solid understanding of relational databases and database design.
>/ Experience with multi-tenancy services and DB structure - an advantage.
>/ Problem solver, able to find creative solutions and get things done.
Communication
>/ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
>/ Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
>/ Strong communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
>/ Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams is a plus.
>/ Openness to sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.
