
Responsibilities
>/ Participate in all stages of development—from initial design through deployment—across a broad hybrid/cloud-oriented product.
>/ Write clean, reliable, and testable code that performs efficiently.
>/ Suggest, support, and lead new ideas aimed at continually enhancing product functionality.
>/ Collaborate closely with teammates and provide guidance to newly joined engineers.

Requirements
>/ Solid, hands-on experience building software that runs in real production environments.
>/ A proactive, determined can-do mindset.
>/ Practical knowledge and coding experience in Go.
>/ Familiarity with cloud infrastructures and cloud-based services.
>/ Exposure to modern delivery pipelines and tooling, including CI/CD, DevOps workflows, Kubernetes, Docker, and observability/monitoring systems.
>/ Ability to take ownership, outline work independently, iterate effectively, and make thoughtful technical decisions to drive tasks to completion.
>/ Strong communication skills—both spoken and written—with genuine interest in mentoring, supporting, and collaborating with others.
>/ A solid testing approach, considering automation and monitoring practices that enhance reliability and operational efficiency.

Nice to Have
>/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
>/ Experience working with distributed backend architectures, event-driven systems, or high-performance cloud services.
>/ Familiarity with observability stacks (metrics, tracing, logging) and performance-tuning practices that enhance stability in large-scale systems.
>/ Exposure to security-oriented engineering, system-level development, or building resilient services in production environments.
