Senior Windows Agent Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Windows Agent Engineer to help build a next-generation OS-level security agent. You’ll design and own major Windows components, work closely with backend and AI teams, and solve complex system-level challenges in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
>/ Lead the design and development of Windows agent components, including proxy modules, drivers, MCP layers, communication protocols, and installers.
>/ Build a resilient, secure, and high-performance agent infrastructure.
>/ Develop mechanisms for anti-tampering, hooking, and secure communication.
>/ Collaborate with backend and AI teams to support adaptive, intent-aware telemetry.
>/ Perform architecture and design reviews, mentor teammates, and conduct deep performance tuning.
Requirements
>/ 8+ years of experience in Windows development.
>/ Strong expertise in Windows internals (kernel, drivers, COM, registry, services).
>/ Proven hands-on experience with hooking, anti-tampering, or injection-prevention techniques.
>/ Excellent debugging and performance analysis skills (WinDbg, IDA, Process Monitor).
>/ Proficiency in C/C++ for low-level system and kernel-adjacent development.
>/ Bonus: experience building protection or monitoring agents.
Nice to Have
>/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
>/ Experience with Windows installer technologies, sandboxing, or secure boot components.
>/ Familiarity with telemetry pipelines, behavioral data collection, or real-time event processing.
>/ Background working with security-focused products or endpoint agents at scale.
